I tutaj wreszcie mile sie zdziwilismy. Wszedzie glucho, ciemno, ewentualnie mozna spotkac - weza! Tak wiec uczestniczylismy w gotowaniu. Oj czego my tutaj wspolnie nie przygotowalismy. Byla i halwa domowej roboty, byla i zupa z soczewicy, byla takze kapusta po indyjsku, i na koniec...."cream of the day" prawdziwe indyjscie curry!... No na koniec to Candy spelnila moje zyczenie i nauczyla mnie przygotowywac prawdziwe nadziewane ziemniakami i wspanialymi przyprawami somosa.

Tylko dlaczego on popiera Busha w Iraku????

We just had fantastic 2 days in Sri Niwas Country Homes. This is so far the best place we have stayed in India. We were welcomed by Candy Singh and her husband with fantastic local lunch and this made us feel like at home. As we are very much into cooking we have asked the cooking lessons to be organised for us and this turned out to be the "highlight" of the day. So during more than 2 hours we were able to learn how to make some dishes including real Indian curry! Can you imagine to get the lessons - how to cook this with lots of hints and tricks. We were delighted also to be able to experience different tastes by trying different spieces. The dream I had was to learn how to make somosas -so Candy kindly showed this to me as well. This was not the end of great suprises. The romantic dinner in the garden with candles was organised for us. Our hosts made us feel special as they were interested in learning about Poland, where we live. The other night we had also a chance to talk, talk, talk about different cultures and experience. This is ideal place for people that like ourselves like meeting other people. The home was open to us and they were willing to share with us their experience on India. Definitely highly recommended place to stay in Jaipur
